Anyway, I interpreted the language in their privacy policy as saying &quot;we&#039;ll get your location data when you use a location-based service&quot;...  I&#039;m sure that Palm is not the only one collecting this kind of data though!</description>

		<description>How is that statement not clear? I guess they need to break it down for people who can&#039;t understand what they mean. I certainly understood... In fact you have the option of agreeing or not when you 1st activate it. And there is an option to turn it off if you want to.</description>
