Hver gang jeg starter pc, så kommer det opp et vindu på skrivebordet. Husker ikke helt hva som står der, men det er noe om run32dll fil og at kan ikke finne (eller var det åpne)
denne modulen. Og så må jeg trykke OK for å få bort vinduet. Dette skjer hver eneste gang og har vært der en god stund, men jeg har aldri skjønt hva det kom av. Jeg vet jeg skrev av hele greia, men finner jo ikke lappen nå. Hva gjør jeg med dette nå da? Bare sånn at jeg får med meg alt.

I too have had similar problems . After instal of AVg 8.5 all I am getting to is the splash screen. Started in safe mode and did a system restore to two days previous …
Still not working !!! So much for free ….
It always costs one way or another .. Guesss i’ll go back to Avast

I was re-installing my Windows XP Pro SP2 last night on a laptop for a client, as well as my own personal desktop computer and as soon as I installed the latest version of AVG it began deleting all kinds of the Windows system files and rendered both computers USELESS. After re-installing three times I finally made the conneciton and on the fourth re-install I didn’t install the damn AVG; I installed Avast instead and then had NO PROBLEMS at all. In addition to messing up the Windows it also deleted critical files for Mozilla Firefox and rendered that unuseable as well!

Seems to me they have more issues with false positives that need to be worked out!

i lost the use of my computers due to the dll.32 issue and i switched to aviral for my virus protection.

hey, avg detected a windows user32.dll virus and ruined my new laptop. once i reinstall windows on it, will they give me a free license to the full version, and if so, how do i get it

hi,I am in the USA…am low on the techie totem,so need your advice.
Last week upon starting my computer,it would remain on blue screen with text saying “windows starting up”…I would turn it off at power strip over and over until eventually it would actually open to Welcome proceeding to open as it should so I could click on my IE icon which is actually my email inbox…

I uploaded the free personal use AVG anti-virus program 2 days ago and keep getting their pop-up message telling me windows and IE are infected by the Trojan Horse Generic 12LCX virus…then it asks if want to remove,so I clicked yes,and then it asks “Force remove?” which will possibly cause your computer to crash….so,WTF?…

should I dump this AVG and try AVAST?…
