Joost video service now useable with just a browser
The not-so-popular online TV/video service Joost is now finally useable with just a standard webbrowser (and Flash). Joost allows you to watch video’s and music clips with a far better resolution than a typical YouTube video; but contrary to most other video sites content is added by the content owners themselves, thus saving Joost from the copyright mess its rivals have to deal with.
You can still use the standalone player, but it’s far easier to just check it by pointing your browser this way.

As a linux user I’ve been looking forward to this for quite some time. Previously I had tried running the joost client on wine. Glad to see them taking steps that essentially opens it up to alternative operating systems.
Thanks for the heads up!
